The year 1992 was also an amazing year for myself. It was a really great time with magic in the air, with Glasnost, and much more, the world changed.
So, Joe, back to the roots, back to your old friends like Steve Vai, making the world go crazy with amazing music. Joe Satriani has a great job as a famous guitar teacher, it's incredible, he is someone special, really the same like his virtous E-Guitar playing.

The highly talented superband G3 consists of the virtuoso guitarist Joe Satriani, Steve Vai and Yngwie Malmsteen. All G3 concerts were sold out, as well as the gigantic Filmore Auditorium in Denver, Colorado, in November 2003 in which they appeared in front of the audience of tens of thousands of visitors.
The three guitar masters performed a show of almost 3 hours with a huge crowd of admiring fans. The trio played together a number of covers, as well as individual solo sets, including "Satch Boogie" (Joe Satriani), "Juice" (Steve Vai) "Evil Eye" (Yngwie Malmsteen), and many many other songs. Amazing guitar legends in the "Supergroup G3".
