Tolles Video, ja, im Team ist man immer stärker. Aber es sollte freiwillig sein. Ich kenne es nur zu oft, das von einem im Job verlangt wird, gerade in sozialen Fragen ein Team zu sein obwohl man die Entscheidungen nicht mittragen kann. Gruppenzwang sage ich nur.
